Role & responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening
: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Experience
: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Interview Coordination
: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and support decision-making.
Talent Pipeline Management
: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Employer Branding
: Actively promote the companys brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies and legal requirements.
Metrics and Reporting
: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates .

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in [specific industry, e.g.manufacturing].
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
