We have an opportunity for Talent Acquisition role for our team based at Corporate office, Chennai.

Looking for candidates with 8 - 12 years of experience in core recruitment (Preferrably from Manufacturing industry)

Qualificaiton : MBA/MSW Full time

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and diversity hiring.
• Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HRBPs to develop resourcing plans and align hiring strategies with business goals.
• Oversee Onboarding & Talent Admin: Ensure seamless onboarding experience and manage operational delivery of learning programs through dashboards and automation.
• Coach & Develop Team: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and career development within the team.

Required skills & Experience:

• Looking for candidates with 8 12 years of experience
• Good in communication skills
• Good in handling stakeholders/business heads
• Good in man management and understanding the hiring process.
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment
• Proven success in sourcing for complex roles

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with digital/social media tools for recruitment
• Understanding of talent development, performance frameworks, and learning interventions
• Exposure to data analytics and HR tech platforms
• Leadership Attributes:
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Cultural sensitivity and customer orientation
• Commitment to delivering quality service and driving excellence
