Job Description

This leadership role blends strategic vision, people management, and hands-on client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end sales strategies aligned with business goals
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team
Identify and close new business opportunities and high-value deals
Manage enterprise client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
Work closely with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Track KPIs and sales performance to ensure consistent revenue growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales or business development
Proven success in leading sales teams and surpassing revenue targets
Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
Strong understanding of technologies like Blockchain, AI, Web3, or IT services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven culture
Must have their own system.
