Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, warehousing, logistics, and infrastructure segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to management.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, client meetings, and industry networking events.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in Industrial Sales (5+ in PEB Structure)
  • Strong leadership & negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
