Sales and revenue generation: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. Achieve monthly and annual sales and enrollment targets by converting inquiries into new clients.
Client services and satisfaction: Counsel clients on visa processes and requirements for various countries. Build and maintain strong client relationships, address complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of service throughout the client's journey.
Operations and compliance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, and ensure the branch's operations are compliant.
Financial and administrative tasks: Manage the branch budget, create forecasts, and submit timely reports to management. Monitor client records to ensure processing is on track and proactively identify and resolve issues.
