Key Responsibilities:

Team
Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Sales
Target Achievement:
Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sales
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Motivate
& Guide Team:
Inspire and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals through training, incentives, and consistent support.
New
Business Development:
Identify, engage, and close deals with potential B2B clients across educational institutes.
Client
Relationship Management:
Strengthen relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance
Tracking:
Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective strategies when needed.

What We Are Looking For:

4
5 years of experience
in B2B sales with at least 23 years in a team leadership role
Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills
Ability to create effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
Self-driven, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
