Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. Conduct training and development programs for sales team members. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of CRM tools and sales documentation. Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
