Job Summary: We are looking for a Paddy Purchase Executive to manage direct paddy procurement from farmers and local markets. The ideal candidate should have strong field experience, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of paddy quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Procure paddy from designated farmers and collection centers. Ensure quality control at the point of purchase. Maintain procurement records and weighment slips. Coordinate with mills, transporters, and warehouse staff. Monitor market trends and recommend purchase strategies. Follow regulatory guidelines and company procurement policies. Ensure timely payments and resolve vendor queries.
