Job Description

  • Client and visitor management: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Administrative support: Schedule appointments, maintain consultant calendars, and manage client intake and follow-up procedures.
  • Document and record management: Prepare, organize, and file client documents and information accurately, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Office organization: Keep the reception area tidy, manage office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Client communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding queries, document status, and upcoming appointments.
