We’re Hiring – Front Office Receptionist | The Millennium School

We are looking for a confident and well-presented Front Office Receptionist who can create a warm, welcoming experience for parents, visitors, and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and receive visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and student/parent inquiries.
  • Support admission-related coordination and documentation.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Assist the administration team with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Prior experience in a school or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Pleasant personality and professional conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
