Job Description

About the Role:

Strategic Leadership
:

Drive the overall
business growth strategy
, sales planning, and execution.
Expand footprint across enterprise and mid-market clients in multiple verticals.
Lead the
P&L
for the business vertical, with ownership of revenue and margins.

Sales & Business Development
:

Identify, pursue, and close large strategic deals in
IT Solutions, ERP, AI, DMS, CRM, and IaaS.
Develop and maintain
C-level relationships
with existing and potential clients.
Oversee end-to-end
sales cycle management
from lead generation to contract closure.

Service Portfolio Expansion
:

Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales to package and present
Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, ERP ,AI and Staffing solutions.
Cross-sell staffing and workforce solutions across IT and non-IT verticals.

Team Leadership & Enablement
:

Lead a high-performing team of sales managers, BDMs, and account managers.
Mentor and coach the team to achieve KPIs, targets, and growth metrics.

Market Intelligence & Forecasting
:

Conduct regular market scans, competitor analysis, and client feedback to steer sales strategy.
Forecast sales trends and provide regular performance insights to the leadership.

15+ years of proven experience in
IT sales, business expansion, and leadership roles
.
Strong exposure to
IT solutions (ERP/CRM), AI Solutions, DMS, Infrastructure Services (IaaS), and Staffing Services
.
Track record of building high-value client relationships and executing multi-million-dollar deals.
Experience in
setting up new verticals, geographies, or service lines
from scratch is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Strong understanding of
IT delivery models
, pricing structures, SLAs, and project lifecycle
