Role : Sales Leader Services (Identity, Risk & Threat)

What impact will you make?

As a Sales Leader, you will be at the forefront of SDGs growth journey in services sales, specializing in Identity, Risk, and Threat management solutions.

Your role will center on driving client acquisition, fostering long-term executive relationships, and strengthening SDGs presence across India, APAC, and the Middle East. By working in close collaboration with our alliance ecosystem, you will create and deliver business value that fuels revenue growth and strengthens SDGs leadership in the market.

Responsibilities you will take on

  • Growth Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve immediate revenue targets while building a robust pipeline for sustainable growth.
  • Market Expansion: Drive client acquisition and retention across India, APAC, and the Middle East, establishing SDG as a trusted partner in IT security, risk, and compliance.
  • Alliance Ecosystem: Leverage partnerships with technology and channel alliances to maximize market penetration and create joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Strategic Direction: Collaborate with Chief Revenue Officer & India Country Manager to strengthen sales force effectiveness, optimize processes, and scale business impact.
  • Customer Engagement: Build long-term, consultative relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position SDGs expertise in identity, risk, and threat services.

  • Educational Background: B.Tech, MCA, or MBA from a reputed institute, with 815 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in services sales, with strong expertise in Identity, Risk, and Threat domains
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of progressive sales leadership across India, APAC, and the Middle East markets
  • Alliance Ecosystem: Deep understanding of the alliance landscape with the ability to drive impactful joint business outcomes
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at senior/executive levels
  • Performance Orientation: Proven track record of consistently achieving aggressive revenue and growth targets.

As a Sales Leader, you will be instrumental sin shaping and executing sales strategies that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value. Your leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence will ensure that every client engagement not only meets expectations but exceeds them.
