Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead, strategize, and scale our sales efforts across multiple channels. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in financial sales, a passion for financial empowerment, and the ability to build and drive high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will take ownership of revenue generation, optimize sales processes, and develop innovative strategies to expand our reach among women investors. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, digital sales, and corporate alliances. • Team Development & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture. • Channel Expansion: Identify, establish, and optimize B2C, B2B, and partnership-driven sales initiatives to enhance customer outreach. • Customer Engagement & Education: Champion financial literacy by engaging with women investors through webinars, workshops, and direct advisory services. • Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and strategic collaborations, ensuring high conversion rates. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, corporate clients, financial partners, and distribution networks. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, and RBI guidelines, maintaining transparency and ethical sales practices. • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies to exceed sales targets. • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop data-driven marketing campaigns, customer acquisition programs, and new financial products tailored to women. Key Requirements: • 6-8 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in mutual funds, insurance, loans, or wealth management. • Proven track record of leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and scaling sales operations. • Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and distribution networks. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • A passion for financial empowerment and gender-inclusive financial solutions. • Knowledge of SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, and RBI regulations is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive data-backed decision-making.
