The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our B2B gifting segment, encompassing corporate, wedding, event, and festival gifting. This role requires a strong blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the gifting landscape. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the gifting vertical, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets. * B2B Sales & Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B gifting segment across various industries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and other key stakeholders. * Drive sales through proactive outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. * Achieve and exceed sales targets for the gifting vertical. * Marketing & Branding: * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our gifting solutions. * Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals. * Identify market trends and customer needs to innovate and expand our gifting product offerings. * Manage the online and offline presence of the gifting vertical, including website content, social media, and participation in relevant events. * Product Management & Curation: * Oversee the entire gifting product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. * Source and curate a diverse range of high-quality gifting products that cater to various client needs and budgets. * Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery. * Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for assortment optimization. * Team Management & Development * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team * Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. * Operations & Logistics: * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, design) to ensure seamless execution of gifting orders. * Oversee inventory management and quality control for gifting products. * Market Research & Analysis: * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging gifting trends. * Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and improve performance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in the B2B gifting segment, specifically covering corporate, wedding, event, and festival gifting. * Proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth. * Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG gifting. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Creative thinking and a passion for gifting.
