Sales Head -(Exp: 10 to 20 yrs) - (Salary: 50K PM To 80K PM ) – TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Client: TOFFA India  @Law College Rd (Pune) Post: Sales Head Vacancies: 02 Gender: Both Male & Female Edu: 50K PM To 80K PM Exp: Any Graduate Salary: 50K PM To 80K PM Working hrs: 10:30 AM TO 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Location: Law College Rd (Pune) Joining: Immediate /Within a week   Job Description: Position Overview The Sales Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets. This role leads the sales team, builds strong customer relationships, identifies new market opportunities, and drives overall sales performance aligned with organizational goals.   Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement effective sales strategies and annual sales plans. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Set sales targets and allocate budgets based on business goals. 2. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Provide training, coaching, and continuous performance evaluation. Drive a high-performance culture within the sales department. 3. Business Development Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors. Lead negotiations and close large or strategic deals. 4. Revenue Growth & Forecasting Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Optimize pricing, discount strategies, and product positioning. 5. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve escalated customer issues and address major concerns. Implement customer feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, lead generation, and branding. Work with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to improve service delivery. Ensure seamless communication across departments for smooth sales execution. 7. Market Expansion Evaluate new regions, channels, and segments for expansion. Plan and execute territory penetration strategies. Monitor market share and work to improve it consistently.   Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 10–15 years of experience in sales, including leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in CRM tools and sales analytics.
