Client Relationship Management: - Provide technical information and product recommendations based on client requirements. - Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Negotiation & Contract Management: - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements to maximize profitability. - Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: - Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand. - Develop sales strategies to expand market share and improve revenue. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Client and Supplier Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new opportunities and assess ongoing needs. 4.
