Job Description

Key responsibilities Lead generation: Identify potential customers through methods like cold calling, emailing, and networking to build a pipeline of prospects. Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales and negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Client management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, handle inquiries and complaints, and offer post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in a CRM system, and generate regular performance reports for management. Market awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and support sales initiatives.
