We are seeking an experienced Merchant Banking Professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for drafting DRHP, coordinating with customers, managing open offers, valuations, and other merchant banking activities. Strong knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Drafting and Documentation: Draft Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), prospectus, and other related documents. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Open Offer and Valuations: Manage open offer processes, including drafting letters of offer, filing with regulatory authorities, and ensuring compliance. Conduct valuations of companies, assets, or securities. Other Merchant Banking Activities. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant banking, capital markets, or related field. Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, guidelines, and industry standards. Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with document drafting, customer coordination, and deal management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
