Cluster Head

You are an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head responsible for leading the B2B business. Your main responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of sales and support professionals. You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals, provide coaching and training to team members, and achieve revenue targets through new business development and existing client growth. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance metrics, adjust business strategies as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. To qualify for this role, you need at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development in the financial services industry. You must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and training skills, strong business development and sales skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A certification in NISM Series V-A is required.
