Job Description

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Cluster Head - Operations(Hospital) to join our dynamic team.

Directing, administering and coordinating internal operational activities of the hospital in accordance with the assigned policies, goals, objectives and polices set by hospital to look after the day to day operations of the hospital and carry out task assigned by the management.
Interacting with patients & addressing their request/issues and provide the highest quality of safe patient care.
Provide training and support to staff to enhance their performance.
Prepare and present reports on operational activities and outcomes to senior management.
P&L responsibility of the entire state.
