E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Title: Head of E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Location: [Gurugram ] Experience Required:* Minimum 3 years in FMCG e-commerce & quick commerce Reports To: CEO Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive e-commerce, quick commerce, and online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing digital sales channels, and ensuring seamless operations across platforms. Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to scale online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc. - P&L Ownership: Drive revenue, margins, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience. - Platform Management: Build strong relationships with e-commerce and quick commerce partners to enhance visibility, promotions, and merchandising. - Operations & Logistics: Oversee fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency for seamless order processing. - Data & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and optimize performance using data-driven insights. - Marketing & Brand Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, and customer engagement strategies. - Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth shopping experience, addressing customer feedback and improving service levels. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce, quick commerce, or online retail. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, GTM strategies, and omnichannel retail. - Proven ability to scale online sales, manage P&L, and optimize operations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with high-growth startups or D2C brands is a plus.
