E-Commerce Operations Manager

Marketplace Shipment Management

• Create and process FBA, FBM, Flipkart, and other marketplace shipments as per platform guidelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and labeling compliance.
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any in-transit or delivery issues proactively.

Inventory Coordination

• Maintain visibility of physical stock levels at the warehouse to avoid order delays or cancellations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure buffer stock is maintained for FBA/FBM replenishments.
• Track inbound shipments and reconcile inventory on all marketplaces.

Returns & Reimbursements

• Oversee and ensure that claims for damaged, missing, or incorrectly returned items on marketplaces like Amazon Seller Central are being raised promptly by the team.
• Monitor and follow up on claim statuses to ensure timely reimbursements are received by the company.
• Ensure the team maintains accurate records of all return claims, resolutions, and reimbursements for audit and reconciliation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
