Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead sales operations and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Manage B2B/B2C sales for industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical) Build and maintain relationships with key clients & distributors Maintain and verify records such as POs, GRN, invoices, and dispatch data Track leads, convert inquiries, and manage the CRM system Prepare sales reports, forecast demand & plan sales strategies Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for order processing Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategy Train and guide junior sales team members (if applicable) Skills Required Strong knowledge of industrial products (HVAC, Ventilation, Electrical) Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills Experience in CRM tools and sales pipeline management Record keeping (PO, GRN, Invoice management) Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities Ability to handle field visits & client meetings
