B2B Sales & Business Development Executive

As we continue expanding our global footprint, we’re looking for candidates who have the confidence and capability to engage with C-level decision-makers, represent technical solutions clearly, and close deals across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, with a strong focus on international lead generation
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle: from lead generation and qualification to pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with client goals and industry verticals
  • Understand client needs and present customized solutions in coordination with our technical teams
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and regular reporting using CRM or equivalent tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, operations) to align delivery expectations with client objectives
  • Participate in feedback loops, helping refine service positioning based on market learnings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A

    Bachelor’s degree

    in any discipline (required)
  • At least

    2 years of experience

    in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Experience selling technology services

    (e.g., software development, SaaS, cybersecurity, APIs, automation)
  • Strong verbal and written communication

    skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based role
  • Proficiency in lead generation, outbound campaigns, and follow-up strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Technology Management

  • Proven ability to

    close international deals

    and work across time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of digital solution lifecycle (from proposal to deployment)
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, API ecosystems, or IT services is a strong plus

Compensation:

  • Probation Period:

    1 Month (Unpaid)
  • Post-Probation:

    100% Commission-Based
  • Fixed % commission per successful deal
  • Uncapped earning potential based on revenue closed
  • Performance reviews conducted regularly
  • Top performers may be considered for fixed + variable pay roles in strategic sales leadership
