Sales Executive
Location : Nasik, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Indore, Wardha, Gondia, Yavatmal, Buldana, Sagar, Nagpur, Pune.
CTC : 8 to 12 LPA
Experience : minimum 2-3 years in channel sales.
1. Sales & Order Management
- Retailer visits as per DRCP (Daily Route Coverage Plan) norms - Collect secondary orders from retailers - Focus on promoting sales of focus products and ensure range selling
2. Channel Expansion & Management
- Identify high-potential retailers and handover to SE/ASM for onboarding - Manage and grow retailers within the allocated territory 3. In-shop Execution - Conduct promotional activities - in-shop meets and other channel level branding (Point of Sale Marketing & Branding) - Conduct in-shop selling activities for top tile retailers (Superior) - 1 hour per retailer per quarter
4. Lead generation & Prospecting
- Input and prospect potential leads (sites, contractors) provided by the channel into LMS (lead entry only)
5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
- Gather market operating price of own and competition products at regular intervals and upload to Salesforce Application app 6. Reporting and Documentation - Update daily activities as per DRCP (Daily Route Coverage Plan) into the Salesforce Application app - Provide reports based on requirements
Essential Graduate
Desirable MBA
Experience & Skills Required Min 3-4 years of experience in site working / influencer enagement / channel sales Digital Literacy Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, and SFA and equivalent app
