Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, achieving sales quotas, and contributing to our company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
· Establish, maintain and expand relationships with key strategic partners.
· Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking, cold calling, and other sales methods.
· Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients and communicate the value proposition of Gate Guard products.
· Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
· Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.
· Prepare regular sales forecasting reports and track key sales performance metrics.
· Attend industry events and trade shows to engage with potential clients and stay current with market trends.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security and surveillance industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
