Key Result Areas Activities Impact on the Business / Function Achieve new business premium as per AOP targets rolled out by Sales Planning and as per defined SFM on MOM and YTD basis Achieve given Product Mix target Achieve Customer Retention targets for the portfolio Achieve targets as prescribed for Branch/LBS activation of the bank Ensure timely PFR reporting and NIL PFR pending Ensure Customer Complaints of book Achieve defined metrics as per Sales Force Management processguidelines Consistently engage with and follow up on leads provided to support customer relationships effectively Provide support to Branch Manager at the ground level. Make joint Field calls and motivate them to achieve targets. Provide support and training for timely Submission, Pendency, and Issuance management. Conceptualize and implement local business development initiatives for lead generation and focused sales.
