Position Overview

Sales Executives and Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify potential customers and new market opportunities in relevant industries.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement territory or segment-specific strategies.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and participation in trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through regular engagement and service excellence.

Sales Operations

  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams marketing, R&D, production, and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates, sales MIS, and performance reports to management.
  • Contribute insights for product development and marketing initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all

    industry safety regulations

    and environmental standards relevant to organic peroxides.
  • Ensure ethical business practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

For Sales Executive:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:

    2–5 years in industrial or chemical sales (experience in organic peroxides preferred).
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques.

For Sales Manager:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or Engineering;

    MBA preferred.

  • Experience:

    7–10 years in sales leadership roles within chemical or industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Skills:

    Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, analyze market data, and achieve sales targets.

Compensation depends on experience.
