Position Overview We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our growing team. The role involves driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, maintaining long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence in the organic peroxide and related chemical sectors. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify potential customers and new market opportunities in relevant industries. Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement territory or segment-specific strategies. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify, approach, and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and participation in trade shows. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through regular engagement and service excellence. Sales Operations Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts. Monitor sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and ensure timely closure of deals. Coordinate with internal teams marketing, R&D, production, and logistics for smooth order fulfillment. Market Intelligence & Reporting Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular updates, sales MIS, and performance reports to management. Contribute insights for product development and marketing initiatives. Compliance & Safety Adhere to all industry safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to organic peroxides. Ensure ethical business practices and compliance with company policies. Qualifications For Sales Executive: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in industrial or chemical sales (experience in organic peroxides preferred). Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation techniques. For Sales Manager: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or Engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: 7–10 years in sales leadership roles within chemical or industrial manufacturing sectors. Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategies, analyze market data, and achieve sales targets. Compensation depends on experience.
