Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and communicating with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and demonstrating the value of EZO Books. The individual will also be tasked with generating new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and working towards achieving set sales targets. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing feedback to the product team, and assisting in the continuous improvement of customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and negotiation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of accounting, finance, or billing processes
  • Experience in client management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis for reporting purposes
  • Ability to work on-site effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in software or technology, is a plus
