Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven record of selling AI-driven and technology-based software solutions to enterprise clients. The ideal candidate understands both the technical and business sides of AI, can engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and can drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about translating advanced technologies into real-world business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage enterprise clients across diverse industries for AI and automation solutions.
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to penetrate new domains and verticals.
  • Understand client business processes and challenges to propose tailored AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to create proposals, solution decks, and demonstrations.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to CXOs, Directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data regularly.
  • Stay up to date with trends in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, IoT, Cloud, and related technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B technology or AI solution sales (SaaS / Automation / Enterprise Tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical ideas in simple business terms.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise or solution-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and business value analyses.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong network and ability to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management.
  • Experience selling solutions in AI, Computer Vision, Data Analytics, or IoT domains.
  • Exposure to Smart Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Enterprise Automation markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and consultative sales approaches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
