Experience & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-6 years in B2C, B2B sales/business development, preferably in industrial instrumentation, automation, or related industries.


Skills:


Products : Temperature Sensors, Pyrometers , HTCCTV systems, Thermal Imagers


Preferred Industries : Cement, Steel, Power and Oil & Gas


Education: Engineering or business degree preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in industrial instrumentation, automation, and related industries.


Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.


Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads, manage the sales funnel, and convert prospects into customers.


Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures.


Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align business goals and ensure seamless customer experience.


Attending Industry Events & Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to establish industry authority.
