Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajmer for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
