Role Description

This is a full-time WFH role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, providing technical knowledge to customers, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance the company’s product offerings and market presence.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Customer Relationship Management skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Technical Knowledge of measurement instrumentation and process optimization
Market Research and Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent negotiation skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in the industrial sector and understanding of process optimization solutions is a plus
