Standardization in Tools / fixture with respect to the operation OEE improvement and thereby reducing the break downs. TPM /TQM co-ordination Liaison with inter departments like QA, PPE, Planning, Assembly & Maintenance Adequate knowledge on CNC programming / HMC / Turning & Broaching machine knowledge. Basic awareness on ISO :9001 & 14001 concepts Handling of manpower with genuine manner. Getting the shift basis output with respect to the cycle time. Responsible for QC activities.Conducting Small group to motivate and give the training to juniors.
