Job Description

Role Responsibilities: -

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
Pharma, Lab, and Academic sectors
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Deliver impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Technical Expertise & Support

Understand client processes and recommend suitable containment and automation solutions.
Collaborate with
design, engineering, and production
teams to develop customized offerings.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proposal & Contract Management

Prepare
techno-commercial proposals
, quotations, and tender submissions.
Negotiate terms and close sales orders in line with company policies.
Document and communicate all customer requirements for smooth project execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
Experience: 2-5 years in capital equipment or automation sales / pre sales (preferably pharma domain).
Skills: Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation abilities.
