Role Overview: As a Sales Enablement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to streamline sales processes, manage sales content, and drive efficiency across the team. Your focus will include improving onboarding, training, and sales support systems to ensure the team operates at peak performance. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Process & Performance Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales and marketing campaign efficiency. - Onboarding & Training: Develop structured onboarding programs for new sales and marketing team members to equip them for success. - Sales Content Management: Create, manage, and maintain sales collateral such as playbooks, pitch decks, and client outreach templates. - CRM & Tools Management: Ensure effective utilization of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools, providing necessary training. - Data & Reporting: Track sales and marketing performance metrics, offer insights, and recommend strategies to improve results. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing operations, sales, and client success teams for aligned messaging and strategy. - Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee campaign quality checks to ensure alignment with company standards. - Competitive & Market Intelligence: Provide sales teams with insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer challenges. Qualification Required: - Experience: 8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation. - Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and exposure to sales enablement platforms. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions. - Training & Coaching Skills: Strong mentoring abilities to train teams on sales best practices and tools. - Attention to Detail: Ability to identify errors, proofread campaign materials, and maintain high-quality standards. - Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Communication: Excellent English language skills to support UK-based teams and clients.
