Job Description: GEN Ai- Motion graphic Video Designer Location: Kochi Reports To: Creative Director / Art Director Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring visuals to life through dynamic motion graphics and animations for use in television commercials, films, and social media content. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets that align with brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities Explore and implement GenAI tools to enhance the speed and creativity of motion graphics production. Collaborate with creative teams to develop concept visuals using AI tools as part of the pre-production process. Evaluate and adapt new AI-driven technologies to improve animation and video storytelling capabilities. Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations for a variety of media including TV, film, and digital platforms. Work with creative and production teams to brainstorm and develop visual concepts. Create storyboards and prototypes to communicate ideas and design intent. Edit raw video and add motion elements to enhance narrative impact. Maintain consistency across all projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Stay current with industry trends, software, and best practices in animation and motion design. Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in motion graphics creation, particularly for commercials, films, and social media. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise in motion design. Technical Skills Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or similar AI video/image generators). Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into motion graphics workflows. Understanding of prompt engineering for GenAI image and video tools to generate visual concepts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation tools is a plus. Basic video editing and sound design knowledge. Soft Skills Strong visual storytelling and design sense. Attention to detail with a creative mindset. Ability to work independently and in team settings. Excellent time management and communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience leveraging AI-assisted design and animation tools in a professional setting is a plus. 3+ years in a motion graphics or animation role, preferably in a media, advertising, or creative agency environment.
