Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Enablement Manager based in Chennai(Navalur). The Sales Enablement Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance the skills, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales team. Daily responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, creating sales enablement materials, tracking sales performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes. The role involves continuously identifying growth opportunities for the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training and Development, Sales Enablement, and process improvement
• Proficient in Communications, Content Creation, and Presentation skills
• Data Analysis and Reporting skills to track performance metrics
• Experience in Technology or EdTech industries is preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments effectively
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
• Laptop is mandatory
