Sales Enablement Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing sales content and tools to enhance sales strategies and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead training webinars, coordinate global sales content projects, and ensure messaging alignment across all communication channels. Your role will also involve working closely with marketing to manage sales content and presence while supporting community and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design sales content and layout of sales enablement tools - Monitor and analyze sales enablement platform performance to identify opportunities and risks - Conduct sales enablement tool training webinars - Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders - Coordinate global sales content projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communications channels - Support community and employee engagement initiatives that align with the company's mission Qualifications Required: - Sales enablement platform experience - Sales experience is a plus - Ability to develop and deliver accurate and timely content with guidance - Experience with sales processes, skills training, and methodology - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and application integrations - Bachelor's degree in IT, business, management, or relevant experience - 1+ years of experience in B2B technology or energy communications role - Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated with a positive team-player attitude Additional Company Details: Nextracker is a global leader in advanced solar technology solutions, operating in over forty countries worldwide.
