As the Sales Enablement Manager at Nextracker, you will play a crucial role in driving the global energy transition by leading the development and execution of sales strategies that optimize power plant performance through advanced solar technology solutions. Nextracker is a pioneer in the solar industry, operating in over forty countries worldwide to increase solar energy production and deliver significant ROI advantages for power plants. Your responsibilities will include developing sales content and layout for sales enablement tools, monitoring and analyzing platform performance, leading training webinars, and building relationships with key internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, manage global sales content projects, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to promote sales content and support community and employee engagement initiatives that align with Nextracker's mission. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in sales enablement platforms and sales, with the ability to develop and deliver accurate content for a line of business. You should be detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and possess software skills. Furthermore, you should be responsive, insightful, and determined to drive success in a dynamic and innovative environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, management, or relevant field, with at least 1 year of experience in B2B technology or energy communications. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a bonus. You should be self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and capable of fostering strong working relationships within complex organizations.
