Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Nextracker, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance key platforms and optimize power plant performance for various terrain and weather conditions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing sales content and designing sales enablement tools to support the global marketing organization. - Monitoring and analyzing sales enablement platform performance to identify opportunities and risks. - Leading sales enablement tool training webinars and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders. - Coordinating and managing global sales content projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging. - Working closely with marketing to manage sales content and presence and supporting community and employee engagement initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Experience with sales enablement platforms and sales processes; prior sales experience would be advantageous. - Ability to deliver accurate and timely content with guidance from the Director of Global Sales Enablement. - Proficiency in collaborating and sharing knowledge with global team members and partners. - Experience in developing and delivering sales training and working effectively with sales teams. - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and application integrations, with best practices. Skills required for this role include being detailed-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, conscientious, and responsive. Additionally, having software skills, curiosity, insightfulness, determination, and being an ideal team player are essential qualities. Education and experience qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, management, or relevant experience, along with at least 1 year of experience in a B2B technology or energy communications role. Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a bonus, and the ability to work effectively within complex organizations is crucial.
