Role Overview: As a member of the Testsigma team, your primary responsibility will be to design and run onboarding and training programs for new hires and team upskilling. You will create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits to align with product and market changes. Collaborating with GTM leaders, you will define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success. Additionally, you will support product launches and GTM initiatives with the appropriate messaging and resources, while also owning enablement metrics and driving measurable impact. Your role will involve evaluating and implementing enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows, and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to sales representatives to aid in their growth and improve closing rates. Key Responsibilities: - Design and run onboarding and training programs for new hires and team upskilling. - Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes. - Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel. - Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success. - Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources. - Own enablement metrics such as ramp time, attainment, and content usage, driving measurable impact. - Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows. - Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus). - Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments. - Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. - Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales technologies such as LMS, CRM, call recording, and sales engagement platforms. - A builders mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
