We are seeking young talent with exceptional communication abilities to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating sales opportunities through proactive prospecting efforts. The ideal candidate should be highly driven, self-motivated, and adept at uncovering new business prospects from various channels, including prospect lists and individual research. Please note: This is a US shift role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Engage in outbound cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email communications with potential prospects. Establish and nurture a robust lead pipeline utilizing CRM tools. Identify key decision-makers and evaluate prospects' requirements and obstacles. Evaluate leads to determine their suitability for our services. Coordinate meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives. 2. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Work in tandem with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and enhance lead quality. 3. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and manage leads within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Offer regular insights on the efficiency of outreach efforts and lead quality. Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication. Ability to address objections effectively and demonstrate persistence. Self-motivated with exceptional time-management capabilities.
