Sales Development Specialist

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to support business growth by identifying qualified prospects, initiating contact, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales and leadership teams
• The role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring consistent lead engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients aligned with the companys target market and growth strategy
• Initiate outbound communication via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (industry, decision-maker role, business need, budget readiness)
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales or leadership teams with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and reduce no-show rates
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses to improve outreach strategies
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B services for Software Solutions and IT Services
• Experience working with domestic & international clients
• Understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline management
