Turnix is a high-velocity AI software studio building and scaling next-generation SaaS products across industries — from Nail IB (our global IB learning platform) to custom enterprise software for clients worldwide.

We operate at the intersection of education, AI, and automation, and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s not afraid to hustle hard, build relationships fast, and close deals like a ninja.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a B2B Sales Ninja who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to take cold leads to warm conversations — and warm conversations to paying customers.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, learning the end-to-end sales process: from outreach and relationship building to pitching and closing high-value deals.

Your primary focus:

  • Connect the CEO with decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Build trust-based relationships with institutional buyers (schools, coordinators, founders, and business owners).
  • Convert cold prospects into long-term customers for our portfolio of products — starting with Nail IB, and expanding to Turnix software solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify ideal prospects across education and software verticals.
  • Create and execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Book meetings and set up discovery calls for the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Build relationships with IB coordinators, schools, and education networks to sell Nail IB as a premium platform.
  • Drive lead generation and manage the top of the funnel for Turnix’s software sales division.
  • Follow up relentlessly and nurture leads to conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report weekly metrics.
  • Learn and master Turnix’s full sales playbook — from prospecting to closing.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to cold call, cold email, and convert.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • A natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence.
  • Obsession with follow-ups, data, and conversions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and hungry to grow with the company.
