The Mission


You’ll be the growth engine of Turnix — driving global sales, building partnerships, and getting our founder on calls with high-value clients ranging from schools to enterprise SaaS buyers.


Your goal:

💰 Close $10K–$20K deals like it’s second nature.

🌍 Build a worldwide sales pipeline and manage relationships that actually convert.

⚡ Represent world-class products with confidence, charisma, and clarity.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify & close

    international leads (schools, SaaS clients, B2B partners).
  • Demo products at scale

    — Nail IB, Examplit, and Turnix-built SaaS tools.
  • Book and manage meetings

    across global time zones, syncing directly with the founder’s calendar.
  • Follow up shamelessly

    — build a system of persistence, not pressure.
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and close

    deals with schools, institutions, or businesses.
  • Create partnerships

    and distribution opportunities to scale globally.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene

    and track conversion performance.


Who You Are

  • A

    world-class communicator

    who can connect, persuade, and close across cultures.
  • Shameless in follow-ups

    — you don’t ghost and don’t take ghosting personally.
  • Tech-savvy

    — familiar with SaaS, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and outbound automation.
  • Fluent in

    English

    (bonus if you can handle international accents effortlessly).
  • Confident on

    Zoom/Google Meet demos

    and product presentations.
  • Has

    experience in EdTech / SaaS sales

    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • High-agency mindset:

    you create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
