What You'll Do

• Research and build prospect lists aligned to our ICP
• Execute outbound outreach via:
• LinkedIn
• Email
• Cold calling
• Follow up consistently with prospects already in the pipeline
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
• Book discovery calls
• Maintain clean records of outreach and responses in CRM/tools
• Learn and apply proven outreach scripts and messaging frameworks

How Your Performance Is Measured

• Number of qualified meetings booked per month
• Consistency in daily outreach activity
• Quality of lead qualification
• Follow-up discipline
• Willingness to learn and improve week over week

What We're Looking for

• Excellent spoken/written English
• Good phone presence and willingness to make cold calls
• Curiosity and openness to feedback
• Discipline in following processes and daily targets
• Prior exposure to sales/agency work is mandatory
