Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across e-commerce and quick commerce brands
• Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls with clear, personalised messaging
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP, use case, and buying intent

• Identify customer pain points and translate them into compelling outreach and conversations

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and growth goals
• Book high-quality demos/meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach playbooks
• Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on response and conversion data
• Meet or exceed monthly outreach and meeting targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest and passion for the e-commerce and quick commerce space

• Ability to quickly understand business problems and articulate them clearly

• Skill in translating pain points into relevant, personalised outreach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with cold outreach and early-stage sales conversations
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
