As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at The Sustainability Cloud(TSC), you will be responsible for connecting with clients and prospects to introduce them to TSC’s sustainability management and climate action software solutions. This is a critical role responsible for the top-of-the-funnel sales process including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and early-stage customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities include(but not limited to):

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and relevant organizations.
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels including email, cold outreach, inbound interest, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Initiate personalized communication with prospects via email and LinkedIn to schedule meetings or discovery calls.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and first-level discovery calls with leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, status, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, accounts, and strategies.
  • Stay informed on product updates, company offerings, and industry trends.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Handle both

    outbound

    and

    inbound

    accounts.
  • Requirements
    The selected candidate will begin with:
    • Prospect research and identifying target accounts.
    • Sending first-level outreach emails and tracking engagement.
    • Progressing to conducting introductory calls and handling lead qualification.
    • Eventually taking ownership of early-stage sales processes and conversions.

    Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and position LogicLadder's solutions accordingly.
  • Minimum

    75% marks in 10th and 12th

    grade (mandatory).
  • Resilient, quick learner, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business, marketing, or sustainability.

    Experience Requirement:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales, telesales, or calling role (B2B or B2C).
  • Proven ability to research leads and identify target prospects.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, user journey, and product knowledge.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales tracking systems.
